Shipping policy

Typically, we process and dispatch all orders within 3 days of payment and we have below a list of countries we ship to and the average delivery period for each country.

If your country is not listed, this means we don't have enough shipping data to add it to this list (we haven't been shipping orders to said country). This doesn't mean we can't ship to said country, so reach out to our Customer Success team for more information. If we can ship to the country, the shipping time could be 10 to 15 days, but it could also be longer or shorter.

Additionally, Q4 is holiday season! During this period, you will see processing and shipping times increase over time - this is normal. Factories will have far more units to manufacture and ship out, so we shall always keep you informed if there is going to be a further delay in our delivery processing time. Processing and shipping times will return to normal post holiday season.
